Flor do Tua
The grapes are transported in crates of 20 kg, destemmed with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats under 24ºC until the sugars are exhausted.
The ageing of the wine Flor tua Reserva Red is done in French oak barrels where it stays for 8 months.
