The wine has a violet color, intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, soft and persistent.
The grapes were vinified with destemming and macerated for 5 days in the cold. The fermentation lasted for about 6 days. The maturation control was tightened in order to harvest ripe and healthy grapes.
