Open wine with a red-purple color. Aromatically exuberant and complex, it presents notes of red fruits, raspberry and lychee, combined with touches of spices, dry herbs and a slight mineral note, almost clayey. On the palate it is light and elegant, with fine, moderate tannins and a full, juicy freshness.

Winemaking
After manual harvesting and rigorous selection of the grapes, the destemmed grapes were placed in three types of fermenters: part of the grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks, another in used barrels and another in terracotta vases. . The fermentation of this wine was as natural as possible, following a minimal intervention strategy and without adding oenological products.
