Portal

The vast majority of the grapes come from the Pinhão River Valley, with Touriga Nacionaland Tinta Roriz coping very well with the summer heat. These were joined by grapes from other Douro valleys, resulting in a classic blend from the region.

Fermentation took place in a mixture of closed vats to ensure freshness and aromatic components, as well as open vats (lagar) to ensure greater complexity and structure.
