Marquês de Marialva
Produced from Baga, Touriga Nacionaland tinta Roriz had total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 22ºC. Fermentation was interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. It was permanently aged in stainless steel vats, followed by partial bottling in order to slow down its evolution.
