This wine is very expressive in its vanilla aromas, has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance.
The vineyard that gives the name to the wine is located in the so-called Marble Axis, where clay-limestone soils predominate.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures.
