The Pôpa Amphora red wine is a Touriga Nacionalfrom old vines from the highest areas, with the natural vinification in vats (of one thousand litres) pulling the most acid side of the variety, which combines perfectly with the ripe red fruits and hiding the floral and tendentially excessive side that is typical of the variety. It is a very tasty wine, with mentholated freshness, tension and hard tannins that make it very appetising and gastronomical.
The AMPHORA red starts from a natural vinification in 1000 litre amphorae and maturation with masses until December – post-fermentative maceration. Naturally stabilised.
AGING : amphora with pine resin. 2977 bottles.
Contains sulphites.
