Clear appearance and yellowish colour. Intense aroma of tropical fruit complexed with mineral notes and some toast from the barrels where it fermented and aged. In the mouth it presents great structure and good acidity.
Harvesting and manual grape selection. Cold maceration for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC, 50% of the blend ages in stainless steel vats and 50% in new French oak barrels. Ageing and batonnage for 6 months in barrels. Limited to existing stock. In case the wine you bought is out of stock, we will contact you to propose a different wine, or to return the amount paid. Casa de Santa Vitória is a company of the Vila Galé Group, one of the main Portuguese hotel groups. The business of producing quality wines and olive oils, appeared at the end of the 90’s with the acquisition of five estates in Alentejo with a total of 1620 hectares, near Beja, to build the Hotel Vila Galé Cube de Campo. This wine tourism project offers new experiences, associating leisure, good Alentejo cuisine and the local wines and olive oils.
