Portas da Candeeira
These grapes, from our best blocks in northern Alentejo, harvested during the cool hours, early in the morning, were destemmed and submitted to cold maceration during 24 hours. Fermented at controlled temperatures in tanks and matured in fine lees. Fined, filtered and bottled to maintain its clean and crisp flavours. 20% of the blend fermented in French oak barrels during 6 months.
