Citrus coloured wine, with an intense aroma, with a citric touch and a light tropical touch. A vibrant wine in the mouth, with excellent acidity, the fruit of the nose goes very well with the mouth. It ends long and persistent with mineral nuances.
After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18 to 20 kg), the bunches went straight to a small wine press, stepped on foot where they macerated and fermented almost entirely with indigenous yeasts. A slight pressure and aging was followed with the total lees in used barrels. Barrel ageing for 3 months with battonâge and 6 months in barrel. Limited to existing stock.
