Citrine yellow in colour, with an immense aroma of fresh tropical fruit. On the palate, it is very elegant, fresh, smooth and long-lasting.

Encosta do Sobral

Vinification
Grapes were harvested at the end of August and gently pressed. The must was decanted for 2 days, fermentation at low temperatures to preserve all the aromatic intensity and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 7 months until bottling.
