This wine was proposed by the Cartuxa wine cellar for the average day and more informal occasions. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27 ºC. After fermentation, filtrations, allotments, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
