Lush aroma, notes of sweets, raspberries and strawberries, with a little dry plant. Light, with a light body, firm tannins, correct acidity, fragrant and enveloping, simple and discreet.

The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27 ºC. After fermentation, filtrations, allotments, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
