Wine promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons. The base wine was vinified by open waterspout with direct pressing of the grapes in vacuuming squeezer and clarification of the must by static sedimentation. The fermentation of the wine occurred in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The sparkling wine was obtained by the classic method, with re-fermentation in cellar at 16ºC and maturation over lees of 24 months, at the minimum. After dégorgement, the minimum maturation period before commercialization is 1 month.
