In this property you can find the “Casa da Quinta”, the warehouses for implements and tractors, the cellar and the warehouses for the ageing of table wines and Port Wine. Also benefiting from an excellent sun exposure to the grape varieties. Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca red wines are already planted by plots. The average age of the vineyards is 35 years. It is in this property that there is also a small vineyard for the production of white grapes in which Malvasia Fina, Verdelho and Viozinho varieties predominate.
