Quinta do monte d´Oiro

Located in the Lisbon region, Quinta do Monte d’Oiro is a reference since the 16th century. XVII in the production of notable wines. It was acquired in 1986 by the gastronomic connoisseur José Bento dos Santos, who replanted the best plots – after several years of studies on soil and climatic conditions – with the grape varieties that best suited their designs to produce high-quality, European-style wines (“Old World”), which concomitantly were wines of exquisite gastronomic sense, with a profile eminently carved to accompany in perfect harmony dishes of a genuine regional cuisine, classic cuisine or haute cuisine.
