Clear, bright, citrine colour with greenish nuances. Fresh garden aromas, with orange blossom and jasmine. White and tropical fruits. In the glass, there is an increase in the intensity of the fruit aromas overlapping the flower aromas. Elegant and balanced.
In the mouth it has good volume, balanced acidity with subtle and present hints of fruit. It is a blend of native grape varieties from the
from the Douro Demarcated Region which gives it delicate acidity and mouth structure.
To produce the Quinta Alta Qualt White, we harvested on 17 September 2019, carried out in 20 kg boxes. Manual selection on a selection table. Direct and gentle pressing. Slow fermentation at low temperature,14 C. Bottled on 28 May 2020.
