Very complex aroma with notes of blackberries, cereals, wood and minerals integrated with dark chocolate. In the mouth, ripe tannins well integrated with intense aromas in a mineral and persistent finish.
The grapes are peeled and crushed directly in the vat, 7 days of cold maceration; Alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32º, malolactic fermentation in French oak. 18 months in French oak barrels of 1 and 2 years.
