The ripening phase occurred very early and sweetness allowed an early harvest. The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and cellar, and were vinified in whole bunches and pressed at low pressure in order to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the grape variety and a lasting freshness. The must fermented in stainless steel vats and aged in barrels for about 20 months.
