After the grapes had been carefully separated by hand, they were transferred to small, open-surface tanks. Fermentation started with native yeast and controlled temperature. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Without ideas or fixed vineyards, we look for terroirs that convey something special. Original and genuine wines, full of character, like the people and places of our country. J. CABRAL ALMEIDA WINES concept of vinification is to demonstrate the potential of different grape varieties in different terroirs. Our wines are produced using a minimal winemaking intervention philosophy to help reflect the authenticity of each grape / terroir variety. What we want is to bottle Portugal!
