Purple and deep color Distinct and fine aromas with good varietal character with hints of ripe fruit. The wood presents itself very discreet and well integrated into the wine. On the palate it shows balanced, with lively acidity, good body and complexity, very harmonious and balanced with a fine and long finish.
The grapes are picked at their optimal stage of ripeness within 10 days during the third September week and transported in small 20 kg containers to the modern Winery. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperature.
