Deep red color. Intense aroma, with notes of jam, where raspberry stands out. Good marriage to wood. It is wide, with freshness. Firm and ripe tannins. Good persistence. This red comes from vineyards planted in schist soils and the grapes were harvested manually.
This red wine comes from vines planted in schist soils and the grapes were harvested manually. Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Terrenus Veritae is a company incorporated in 2009, whose main activity to date is the production and marketing of wines. It has its headquarters located in Alegrete, a rural parish of the Municipality of Portalegre – Alto Alentejo / Portugal. In September 2008 the first grape harvest was carried out in a vineyard located in Besteiros, Alegrete parish within the Serra de S. Mamde Natural Park. It is a mature vineyard and its mature and fully grown strains are planted at an altitude ranging from 500m to 550m on schist terrain.
