This red wine has an intense ruby colour and an aroma of woodland fruits with nuances of vanilla notes, spices and a dash of toast. In the mouth, it is balanced, with polite tannins, demonstrating a fresh and smooth set.
This red wine comes from vines planted on shale soils and the grapes were harvested by hand using the trditional method. Total destemming, pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation with controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration. Limited to existing stock. Terrenus Veritae is a company incorporated in 2009, whose main activity to date is the production and marketing of wines. It has its headquarters located in Alegrete, a rural parish of the Municipality of Portalegre – Alto Alentejo / Portugal. In September 2008 the first grape harvest was carried out in a vineyard located in Besteiros, Alegrete parish within the Serra de S. Mamde Natural Park. It is a mature vineyard and its mature and fully grown strains are planted at an altitude ranging from 500m to 550m on schist terrain.
