Ageing in new French oak barrels is very present on the palate. A captivating wine with some complexity where red and black fruits are evident. Soft wine in the mouth, with structure, good acidity and long finish.
Vinification and transport in 20 Kg boxes, total unloading. Step on foot in traditional granite mills. Alcoholic fermentation in winepress for 8 to 10 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Internship in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
