Winemaking: made with grapes harvested from Quinta do Vale da Perdiz and Quinta do Vale da Pia, the wine fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control for 10 days. After vinification the wine matured for fifteen months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels.
Sugestions: Enjoy it with red meat, game and chease. Should be served at 18º C.

“Quinta do Vale da Perdiz – Sociedade Agrícola, Lda.” is a family owned company focused on producing high quality wines at atractive prices.
The company founder – António Fernandes – has been producing port and table wines for two decades. The company wines are made under the technical direction of chief winemaker Manuel Angel Areal with grapes harvested in the Douro Superior region, mostly from family owned vineyards. The total area of the family vines adds up to 50 hectares.
