Wine promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons. This wine comes from selected grapes in the oldest vineyards of the Borba region. After rigorous monitoring of the grapes’ ripening evolution, upon arrival at the winery the grapes were destemmed and softly crushed, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel press, with mechanical step, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 22-25oC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in a small volume stainless steel vat. A 6-month aging in new French, American and brown oak barrels preceded the bottling and the final 6-month cellar in the bottle.
