The sweet Madeira wine is a digestif that pairs perfectly with dried fruits, dark or milk chocolate, dried fruit cakes, Portuguese cheeses (Azeitão, da Serra), or blue cheeses (Danish blue, Roquefort). It is exceptional with Havana cigars.
Aging: estufagem (a heating process used in wine aging).
