O Produtor, tasting note published in May 23rd 2016

It presents a young yellow colour, fresh aroma, highlighting citrus and floral notes, dense and unctuous flavour, well balanced by some acidity and volatility, which makes its sweetness more discreet. The finish is long and persistent, its complexity coming from the activity of the "botrytis cinérea", accompanies all its tasting".

Mingorra

In the warm lands of Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, there is one of the oldest wine-growing cultures in the region. These are vineyards with decades of history that Henrique Uva has been preserving and making profitable for years and which he has always wanted to value as an independent producer.
In 2004, the dream came true, with the project being named Henrique Uva / Herdade da Mingorra. The winery is duly framed within the 1,400 ha of a landscape that is even exuberant, such is the diversity of cultures and fauna, with various river basins functioning as authentic oases. The Winery assumes itself as an authentic place of worship. A space where modernity and functionality coexist, indelibly, with the most traditional techniques.
